"From a young age, motorsports captivated me. My high school senior project was building a car for our local track, igniting a passion that led me to Thompson Motorsports. I was fortunate to be raised by several great mentors there, but that's where I met Will Harris, and my experience changed completely. Will wasn't just a coworker; he was a mentor. He consistently went above and beyond, patiently explaining intricate details of racing, far more than he needed to. He always took the time to help me learn and was patient. He opened doors to crew chiefs, diverse racetracks, and various racing disciplines. Working with Will gave me invaluable hands-on experience and a deep understanding of the racing world. Although my career path ultimately diverged from motorsports, the skills I gained are still incredibly useful. From basic tool proficiency for household repairs to fixing my kids' bikes, the practical knowledge is something I use daily. More importantly, Will's guidance fostered a genuine love for racing that I'll always cherish. I'm truly grateful for the life skills and experiences I had at Thompson Motorsports, thanks to Will." " For as long as I can remember, Will has always been there—helping, fixing, and coaching me both on and off the racetrack. No matter where I raced, I could always rely on Will to guide me, teaching me what to do and what to avoid. When it came to cars, there was never a problem he couldn’t solve. He always had the answers and was open to listening to new ideas. His patience, both on and off the track, is unmatched. I’m truly grateful for the opportunity to be mentored by Will—not just for his knowledge and expertise, but for everything he has taught me, not only as a driver but as a person. He has made an incredible impact on me and everyone around him, and I can’t thank him enough." - Anthony Quintana
